What to do when you are fully booked ?
Can I make a booking if I don't know my exact departure / return exact time yet ?
Yes, for any departure in more than 48 hours. This will ensure you the best rates and “secure” a parking spot.
Do not forget to communicate the exact times to us as soon as possible, and at the latest 48 hours before your departure.
Through the app or the website: go to your customer account, section "My bookings" then click on "Edit".
