The more you use Ector, the better you get rewarded for your loyalty
Your loyalty status depends on how many bookings you have made in the past 12 months.
If you no longer have the required number of bookings in the past 12 months, you will be downgraded to the previous status.
Your status then determines the reward rate you will benefit from on your next bookings: for example, as a Gold customer, you will earn 4% of the amount of your booking, credited to your wallet.
Your wallet is credited once your booking is completed, ie after your return. You can then use your wallet money to pay for next bookings.
