How do I find my valet on the day of departure?

Your valet will wait for you at the meeting point specified in the emails and texts you received from us (right after payment and the day before your departure).
He/she is wearing a yellow uniform with our logo on it. If you don't see him/her, please contact him/her.
To ensure that your valet will be there on time, please confirm your arrival time through the app, as soon as possible, or by calling your valet 15 minutes before your arrival at the meeting point.
