What happens if I do not respect the pick-up/return time of my booking?

By booking for a given pick-up time, you agree to respect this time.
On your way there: tell us your real arrival time as soon as possible, through the app or by contacting your valet by phone. If you are less than 15 minutes early/late, we will ensure the presence of your valet. Otherwise, we will do our best to support you subject to availability, but you may be charged a modification fee.
On return: we follow the arrival time of your flight or train in real time. Once you have arrived, please let us know through the app or contact your valet by phone.
