- The service is the same as the Ector service. Your valet will not wear the yellow Ector jacket, but will be able to recognise you when you arrive at the drop-off point. For this reason, you will be asked to provide your number plate when you make your booking.

- If your train or plane is delayed, Ector is always informed in real time and will adapt accordingly. Remember to contact your valet as soon as you arrive, on both the outward and return journeys, by clicking on ‘report my arrival’ on the application or by calling +33 7 64 09 05 92 from the telephone number given when you booked.
NB: if your flight is delayed and you arrive later than 23:00, our partner will contact you to collect your vehicle.
